Cookbook Reprint Now Available!

     The first cookbook published by the University of Nevada Oral History Program, Famiglia e Cucina, was so popular that the program needed to reprint it in order to keep up with demand. The book, which is more than a collection of fifty-two mouth-watering recipes from some of the area's many Italian-American families, also includes stories and memories about family history, the cultural importance of food, and time-honored traditions.
