In this volume, eleven prominent members of the university community commented on events at the university in the academic year of 1970-1971. The objective was to present a picture of the University of Nevada as observed by students, faculty, and others who were involved and concerned. They discussed general trends affecting the university and higher education throughout the country. The interviewees in this volume are: Charles H.
